Not enough

Not enough

Just a single pretty smile from you never seem enough, even though it brings me sunshine when times are kinda rough

I'd love the chance of a shared single kiss but it would leave me wanting more, I'm positive it would be heavenly though we've never kissed before

To hold you tight within my arms, I'm sure would feel like bliss, sharing a fleeting moment with you is one of the things I wish

Is it wrong to want more than this, I want you for all time, I want you to be the girl i dream of, the one I write about in rhyme

The girl who fills my stanzas, the girl of whom I dream, I want to be her King and for her to be my Queen

I guess that makes me greedy wanting happiness for myself or am I destined to stay alone un chosen, just left upon the shelf

I just want so much more, I've been through things that have been real tough, I'm hoping to find real happiness, being alone is not enough
