Whispers of History: The Beautiful Courtyards of New Orleans
In New Orleans, the courtyards sing,
A symphony of peace and beauty it brings,
A secret haven, hidden away,
Where time stands still, for just one day.
The rustle of leaves and gentle breeze,
Soothes the soul, puts the heart at ease,
The sun shines down on ancient bricks,
As history stands, a timeless mix.
The sound of fountains softly flows,
As butterflies dance, in delicate shows,
A rainbow of colors, bright and bold,
Reflecting stories, still untold.
The Spanish moss, drapes with grace,
A tapestry of green, a delicate lace,
The beauty of nature, pure and free,
A perfect blend of history.
The courtyards of New Orleans,
A treasure trove, of peaceful scenes,
A place where time, stands still,
And the heart can feel history's thrill.
A symphony of peace and beauty it brings,
A secret haven, hidden away,
Where time stands still, for just one day.
The rustle of leaves and gentle breeze,
Soothes the soul, puts the heart at ease,
The sun shines down on ancient bricks,
As history stands, a timeless mix.

As butterflies dance, in delicate shows,
A rainbow of colors, bright and bold,
Reflecting stories, still untold.
The Spanish moss, drapes with grace,

The courtyards of New Orleans,

And the heart can feel history's thrill.
