Carry On
Carry the weight of your load
Take that burden with you wherever you go
Can't take a break from that weight
Until it grinds you right into the road
Since you were a young thing
You've been packing the guilt
Carry it no matter how far you go
Until it grinds you right into dust
What can you be guilty of
When you're only a little child
Feel bad for sassing your mama
Cutting your arm to release some of the pain
Carry that load gonna drag you right down
Gonna carry it right to your grave
Can't bear the weight of such a heavy load
It'll grind you to dust In the end
Take that burden with you wherever you go
Can't take a break from that weight
Until it grinds you right into the road
Since you were a young thing
You've been packing the guilt
Carry it no matter how far you go
Until it grinds you right into dust
What can you be guilty of
When you're only a little child
Feel bad for sassing your mama
Cutting your arm to release some of the pain
Carry that load gonna drag you right down
Gonna carry it right to your grave
Can't bear the weight of such a heavy load
It'll grind you to dust In the end
