Oath of capture
Airborne blue so surely fleeting
Upon my soul the vapours blew
Come hither where the strands are meeting
Enveloping the lives of two
Calm me, morrow. Send me grace
To inhibit the investors decay
A life of wanton spirits enlace
In the fields in which we lay
Separate the spoken harrows
That form illusions kin
Navigate the forgotten narrows
That we both are treading in
Kill me softly with your censure
A forgotten oath of capture
Detail the depths of our adventure
Foreswear the minds enrapture
Sonic confines unending
Pressured speech absolved and bending

Honestly I wasn’t sure where I was going with this. Perhaps the creation of a solid relationship- the union of two separate people uniting into one. I like your take though - it definitely fits.
