Who I Am
Rich little white girl
That's what they say
My daddy is CEO
They think that makes my life great
That because I get
Everything I want
I'm happy
They are wrong
Between the insults and poison whispered rumors
my life is a swirling black burned hell
They all say I'm stuck up
but I am not
I am just a girl
A girl with dreams
and money
But I would throw it all away
If only they
Would stop
And find out who I am
Behind my fear created
Mask of morbid anger
I am more then you would ever think
I can do things
That you can only imagine
I am more then just a girl
The wind blows to my mood
The birds tweet as i walk among them in shadow
But I am no daylight sweetheart
I walk cloaked in moon wrapped shadow beams swirling about
I am a child of the moon
That's what they say
My daddy is CEO
They think that makes my life great
That because I get
Everything I want
I'm happy
They are wrong
Between the insults and poison whispered rumors
my life is a swirling black burned hell
They all say I'm stuck up
but I am not
I am just a girl
A girl with dreams
and money
But I would throw it all away
If only they
Would stop
And find out who I am
Behind my fear created
Mask of morbid anger
I am more then you would ever think
I can do things
That you can only imagine
I am more then just a girl
The wind blows to my mood
The birds tweet as i walk among them in shadow
But I am no daylight sweetheart
I walk cloaked in moon wrapped shadow beams swirling about
I am a child of the moon
