there are people who try
and try and try
to take every piece of your mind
looking for every opportunity to break you
and make what's yours theirs
straight fucking tyrants
they're only happy when you're silent
the other option is a straitjacket
they'll put up a fight
to keep you in line
thinking up lies for your compliance
some people think power is everything
they will use up all their time
trying to control
till you have nothing more
and you will always take the abuse
because you never leaned how
to be that kind of person
I will never shut up
I will never sit down
you will never control me
I am just too stubborn
