Colors
Colors
Colors,
bright and dim.
Colors that are bold.
Colors fade.
So many colors to behold.
Different colors made
by mixing different hues.
Reds, greens, yellows, and blues.
Color is in the food that we cook,
it is color that we consume.
Sunlight is made of color
we cannot see.
White, tan, and brown.
There is color in you and me.
So much color all around.
Colorful birds flap their wings
as they come and go.
Color helps us to differentiate
different things.
Like apples,
green or red.
There is an absence of color
when the lights go out
before we go to bed.
Color is beauty.
It's not a sense of smell,
not something your hands can feel.
It's not a sound but sight.
Color, you cannot taste.
With a brush of color and a stroke,
a work of art is made.
A palette of color that did not go to waste.
