Image for the poem Blues

Blues

our blue
never been to the pool
apple of the eye
pineapple color
onion flower
cut and whined

Our blue keeps to itself
the shadow of the petals
the taste in the taste buds
salivated and submerged

our blue
has the touch
from pineapple
nuances of lilac
and light cuts
crowns of thorns
rings of Saturn

our blue
it's ultramarine
deep and dark
has hints
of scales
larval slowness

our blue
it's not in the blood
exudes from the ground
exhume the body
of our solitude

our blue
prism self-made
and separates
the syllables
of the spectrum
in the rainbow
from the eyes of hurricanes

our blue
oozes milky
through the holes
from all holes
of our heads

our blue
stands at the window
to spit the neighbors

our blue
inhabits the eyes
of seagulls
and the eyes
of sardines

our blue
walks in the streets
and sleeps underneath
of the bridges

our blue
it's orange blossom
it's an aviator's uniform
Paradise Bird
penguin and fridge

our blue
it's a questionable color
sometimes it's too black
other times too much
pink.
