Breathe
The stars are in your vibrant eyes
They glow in your pure soul
And escape through your giving heart
-
The practice you follow is divine
It glues the pieces together to make you whole
And completes the circle of life to take you back to the start.
-
One heartbeat, now breathe
-
Let go of your earthly worries
Listen to the rhythm of the universe
And embrace the potential of eternity
-
Live a full life without stress nor hurries
Live by the way of the holy verse
And become one with the essence of divinity
-
Two heartbeats, now breathe
-
The time to leave pain and fear has arrived
Leave behind all unchangeable regrets
And embrace the teachings of the forces of light
-
Quench your thirst after too long of being dried
And paint the colors in the sky from sunrise until sunset
To gift yourself with a blessed sight
-
Breathe, just breathe the life-giving essence
Fill it drip into your soul and cleanse you of all your sins
Unclog your pores of all the toxic fumes
And pamper yourself in nature’s sweet perfume
You were meant to breathe even within the womb
When you came into the world, your lungs were built to bloom
And take in all of the clean air and scents
To allow your consciousness to ascend
So, my dear child, I merely ask you to breathe…
They glow in your pure soul
