Life is like
a blank page
roughly wrinkled
in withering white.
Begrudgingly
bearing it’s
abandoned
brand of
belittlement .
Which only can
be broken
by the olden
unspoken truths
lying in between
the written words
of humanity’s
harrowing hand .

Yes! I feel this every New Year. The future looks so blank, white and uncertain, and the old year is full of events, colour, photos and videos. I always feel a bit uncertain... but life continues and we find our way through the unknown, somehow. Well written.
Well it’s what I’ve learned from f Scott Fitzgeralds Benjamin button you die the same way as you were born. You come into this world with nothing then when you die and you lose everything. Always back to having nothing again except the memories of what was.
