A  ''job for life'' was never for me.  Of course the alternative meant shit jobs here and there with long - longer- periods of unemployment. Retired, I  now live on a very very limited income but it fills my needs.  Regards, Robert.

thanks for reading and commenting Robert. i am almost in the same boat as yourself. i do something now that is poorly paid but i enjoy it and i can just pay the rent.
