A Secret Place

in a place, a secret place
where no one else can go
in my mind's a place to find
a warm and shining glow

a place of peace, a place to feast
on what lies within
alone at night, the only light
there is as I begin

io meditate to elevate
finally letting go
of what has gone on for so long
and too all of the woe

sitting still to feel the thrill
of breathing rhythmically
in and out and in and out
consciousness set free...

there is a light which every night
keeps shining from within
the secret place which I can taste
beyond just breathing in

in my mind is the place I find
a warm and shining glow
it's a place, a secret place
where no one else can go..
