Baroque Evenings
Under the turquoise sky
I remember your blush
As the poetry of your smile glowed
Where my love found home
Warmed by the love in your eyes
Like a nightingale song
Your timbre touched my soul
And your freedom became mine
On snowy boulevards
Where memories of you
Are scattered like cherry blossoms
Little hearts whose beauty
Lives on through the brushstrokes of an artist
Met by a brass ensemble of angels
At the gates of Katmandu heaven
Where lamas sing baritone chants
To welcome your soul blossom
Where you make a place for us
Under the turquoise sky
I remember your blush
As the poetry of your smile glowed
Where my love found home
Warmed by the love in your eyes
Like a nightingale song
Your timbre touched my soul
And your freedom became mine
On snowy boulevards
Where memories of you
Are scattered like cherry blossoms
Little hearts whose beauty
Lives on through the brushstrokes of an artist
Met by a brass ensemble of angels
At the gates of Katmandu heaven
Where lamas sing baritone chants
To welcome your soul blossom
Where you make a place for us
