Image for the poem utter

utter

I bite the words as they tumble forth
bitterly trying to restrain their guile
vicious need alluring to hear
made tongues wag
but I in silence keep did weep
for the want that conflicted with good sense

I must speak and break your solitude
but upon my honor I can not
I love you in the depths of sin

ripples of desire course through me
my pride broken gave up the ghost and told on me
my blush couldn't conceal the lust I held inside
my swollen need spoke volumes
and I weep for the moment with you...alone
that I lost control and utter I love you

I want for you in my sacredness
I confess my need you look at me suspect
you confused my silence with indifference
but my essence spilled said it all
I crave you as a woman does a man

down deep
