 The aching weeping soul is psychically heavily numb and is at ease
The sudden rise dopamine gives temporary and artificial optimism  
Meaningless ingenuine words of exchange and pleasures with souls in just as much sufferance    
Until my dark perpetual state of mind settles in and has its means to suffer    
Suffer in silence until the ethanol peaks my self-loathing violence  
The veins which said ethanol courses through will be pierced open    
Consuming alcohol as it consumes me  
Destroying me as I destroy everything simultaneously
