ERULGCT 171. Do you know when you can be in a room full of friendly people and still feel lonely? You can find yourself deep in a forest of words and still feel alien. https://youtu.be/sSopUG4Sjqw
Lo and behold! A visual poem where I don’t hate the visual element! The typewriter font and image filter go well together. The words are also great, of course. I really like the use of “tributaries”. The poem feels like a reflection on how we come to art out of loneliness and lose ourselves in it.
Me thinks if you are a child of the coast, the sea holds some deep and clattered resonance. They've turned some derelict lighthouses into hotels in Cymru. Knowing my luck, it would derail into something from 'The Lighthouse.'
Thanks for the comments Mr Runes. As usual, your conclusion is very insightful.

One of the loneliest places to find yourself in, that place of everything yet nothing resonates. I hear you. Usually when I know it’s time to ‘find’ myself <3
