(On a side note... I feel invigorated...
I thought my legs we fucking dead...
But they are coming back and I just
did a crisp, cool, brisk, run on the track,
followed by a ride somewhere out there,
but my legs were like pistons...
It felt real cool...
I was riding by this field of wild flowers in the breeze
and I just thought...
That is not such a bad way to be...)
