A glimpse of light
You should know that
There is no saving
A broken man
Wishing upon the brightest star
That one day… Just a
Silent maybe?
Maybe some of that light
Will reflect, and push
Some of the darkness away.
Gasping for hope
Screaming out of despair
As each day goes by
The realisation that even
The brightest light
Will leave you
Utterly hopeless
Resting forever must be plesant,
Almost irresistable
When faced with
Eternal suffering
There is no saving
