Stages and Books

I'll never say these words outloud
Will never be a household name
My words won't be wrapped in paper
To be given full of nerves on a holiday
My phrases will be known to few
On a site I've been on since I was young
I don't know how people can do it
To stand before an audience and say poetry
I did that once and changed the words around
I said fuck love and got disqualified
Such things happen when I try to win prizes
My words dont make a lot of sense to people
My grammar isnt always correct
I rarely use punctuation and rarely reread my work
It's a stream of blood amd who aims such a thing?
Who tries to angle a scream...
Who tries to die in a pretty way?
Theres no shame in wanting the world to hear your words
Or the need for something, anything in return
It's all so very admirable but I cant picture myself there
On a stage... Talking about screams and blood and death
To be welcomed the way I am here... On the website
