Did for me what I could not do for me

His likeness, male and female, became on the earth
to be like Him
Beautiful garden, all Gods glory, we were given dominion  
Temptation came and we fell
The sub human level of corruptness, and treating others poorly
not loving our neighbor as ourselves, continues to this day
As foretold, the Messiah comes and takes our sin  
He brought it, without guilt, to the cross to save our souls
Counting on our very fallen nature to carry this act out
To accomplish the fulfillment of Gods word
They/us, not expecting Him to rise on the third day
So we walk with Him, as our Father, who cares for us
As our friend who loves us
And as a teacher so we may thrive
Jesus wants us, to become as the new creation
while we wait for him to return
He became like one of us, so we could become like him,
so my humanity can find true destiny
 
Humbleness,and Gratitude, is why I worship the One who saves me
