what I think about often

 


there is nothing more
fulfilling than realizing
that some where among
the albino stars is a black
hole eating the tenements
of space

while I take in the empty
calories of Netflix

cough from a smoke as
I watch ads that promise
to help me quit if I don't
commit suicide first

or run through a public
square naked with dog
fear while pissing all
over the collective works
of Emily Dickinson

or a good night's sleep
that doesn't cost me
more than a penny for
my thoughts
