Modern despair.

Primative
I bury my fingernails
Into my own face
Until blood is drawn.

Every passing day
Bringing light to the fact
That my hopes are flawed.

Here I wallow
In a certain type of sewage
you may know as the human race.

Yes, I find it quite a disgrace.

My generation,
Doped up,
Dumbed down.

Fucking,
Spreading diseases,
All through the town.

They breed
A crop of fresh imbeciles.

Their parents praying
To a hollow sky
For Deliverance
From these financial trials.

Because you know they won't take care of them on their own.

They just want to get a headchange,
Listen to dubstep
And bone.

Yes,
what a wonderful age we live in!

When those who preach
Commit the worst sin.

And here I am,
A bum,
With an outstretched hand.

But keep your money,

I don't want it.

What I yearn for does not come out of pocket.

Give me your stories and knowledge from days past.

Give me hope that these fickle times
Will not last.
