Afraid To Trust More Than One.

I need you to hold me.  
But I know you never will,  
because your emotions  
do not hold strength to me,  
As mine do to yours.  
 
I feel that you know  
more about me  
than I do myself.  
And every time I look at you,  
or even hear your voice,  
I feel free.  
Free from all the pain others  
have caused on me-  
All the stealth and damage  
are suddenly replaced  
when I look into your eyes.  
 
All I want, all I need,  
is for you to see me,  
the way I see you.  
Because you are the  
only one whom I trust,  
and I am petrified to  
feel the need to trust others.
