Some of my dreams.
Sometimes I wake up,
Woken up scared by a last image or two
Seen in a dream,
At least I wake up and can escape the horror
Of whatever was involved.
Yet, seconds later I can't even recall
What it was all about.
I don't know if this is the scary
Or reassuring part.

Mmm. I did so once, during a tumultuous period of time. I was inspired to do so by my mother's practice of extolling the virtues of it. It was relatively effective. Wish I still had that journal. It was a beautiful book, black cloth boards with a dragon embroidered in scarlet-red upon the front. A special notebook for a special task was how i viewed it.

.....with a dragon embroidered in scarlet-red..............sounds (excuse me) something quite lovely, something that a witch might write in as some mix in her pot is brewing. I love it. Yes, I may just start making notations though it would have to be right after waking up because, as you well know, these images fade away very quickly. Regards, Robert.

It's interesting how vivid and raw those images are in our brains and then when conscious they disappear.
