I enjoy standing in the darkness of my chamber...
Sometimes I will do a sort of horrorshow tai chi,
going into a strange zone...
Getting weird with it...
Sometimes I will shadow box...
The other night I was shadow boxing in pitch
black darkness...
I caught a flash back...
In my youth I was a fighter...
I started rather young, like maybe around 8 years old?
By the time I was 15 I had turned into a beast...
We had a team of killers & used to go all over the country,
fighting the best fighters...
One location we went to a lot was Chicago...
I was just thinking about one occasion,
where I was there, warming up for a fight...
My dad holding the hand pads...
And we were just perfectly in synch...
I was throwing so fluidly...
Each punch made a resounding popping sound...
A crowd formed around us...
It was like a movie...
My dad believed I could have made the Olympic team...
Others said the same...
To me it was always about the vision quest...
It was always You Vs You
I sort of stopped fighting about the time
I started writing...
Which to me is a different form of fighting...

Hey Cipher,
So I got a confession. This made me think of the one and only fight I have ever been in.
It was at a party my senior year and she threw a beer can at me. Adrenaline kicked in and it was on.
Dude it was a mess. hahahahah
We were rolling around outside beside a bonfire.
Very lord of the flies moment.
Looking back on it now it's kinda funny for me.
Very Un-Adelphina. I'm a happy person normally.
But bitch messed up my shirt. LOL
Sorry for the long response but it made me think of that moment.
We also drew a crowd like a movie.
I run into her occasionally and we smile at each other.
Water under the bridge.
