At my best

I wrote this from the bottom of heart,
I’m trying to find myself,
I’ve been hurt,
I’ve been broken,
I make mistakes,
I’m not perfect,
My body has scars,
My heart isn’t made of steel,
Look a little closer,
I’m only human,
I’m not at your disposal for sex,
I’m not an object,
I shout,
I scream, I swear, I get angry,
I cry, I get scared.
I fall, I break, I mess up, I make mistakes,
But if you can’t accept me for me then you don’t deserve me at my best.
I’m fed up,
I’m writing this not as a joke,
I’m dreaming of life,
I got wishes, I want a family,
I want to be loved and have someone who is my best friend not just to be there.
I shout,
I scream, I swear, I get angry,
I cry, I get scared.
I fall, I break, I mess up, I make mistakes,
But if you can’t accept me for me,
Then you don’t deserve me at my best
