Naw, he's actually selfless

"But he won't settle for less" I think it's always worth repeating when folks give up and sell themselves short, only to then regret their decision later down the road.
It's not really selfish when we want the best, but as you stated, knowing our true worth, pursuing it because it should enrich (and inspire) others around as well.
