Congratulations my sexy Queen on your recovery.  You put in the work and you got better.  Keep on writing my Queen.

Ahh thank you for the vote of confidence, this has been such a tedious process, to get back to full walking capacity, therefore, love yourself, your body, pamper it as much as you can. And I say that in case any unplanned incident occurs, and you injure any part of your body, at least you know you have enjoyed yourself to the fullest, and the winning will come naturally with the challenge of getting yourself back to a healthy state of existence.

Before reading this post, I had no idea about your injury.  While my lack of knowledge should be something sad, I rejoice with you because you have come along the recovery road like a valiant champion.  Of course, you can't heal yourself, so I join you in thanking God for letting your faith deliver you.  Obviously, you know how to make poetry of your pain, triumph of your tragedy, and music of your mishap.

Let the rejoicing and the writing continue, because you are no less full of eloquence for your injury.

Yes, I softly fractured my ankle, I am in the last stages of physical therapy, whereas, I will no longer have to be totally self-reliant to walk in an ankle cast. This is more of a mental goal, survival of the fittest, since this is new to me, and to get back to marathon running, I welcome the uphill battle.

I have been taking all the necessary precautions to keep me on this journey to get me back to a healthier me.

Physical therapy by Leo may be in order. Ankle stabilized on a shoulder comes to mind.

I was unaware of the injury.  Best wishes for a quick healing and full recovery. I hope our romp that day didn't lead to it!
