Ahh... my handsome moonbeam, you have made my early morning, in addition, you know I am an avid marathon runner; however, this entire ordeal has, placed me at a disadvantage, it is like learning how to walk all over again, but with my unwavering faith, I welcome the challenge with glee.
You have always shone that beautiful beam of inspiration when the mind needs it the most, thank you, sincerely
Good morning to you, and please enjoy the remainder of your Wednesday as you venture out, and please be safe in your surroundings

Thank you my wise, poet, however, I am through the dark storm of this incidence. The only training, I can do is upper body strength training, which is what my runny coach has suggested for me, I get a bit of melancholy when we have completed circuit training, and then they proceed on to running, whereas, I have to go home by a taxicab and do ankle exercise until I am sheer exhausted
Next week, training on a Stairmaster, which is my biggest challenge for me in a soft ankle cast... the last recuperating therapy before, I can walk on my on...
I am making tremendous progress... as you will see once I post this medical journey at a future date
Thank you for watching, listening, and then commenting
Have a comforting late evening and an Incredible Thursday

I am running against time, my friend, but I am doing great, and I was told to slow down my physical therapist. Who really has the time to crawl when they are more prone to walk.
I am really understating the process of healing and the margin of time, however, me being an ex ER/Trauma Nurse, III, you push yourself in grace, and then thank the people with propelled you along the way. I have a great medical team, behind my prognosis
I sincerely thank you for listening, and then the beautiful accolade
Have a blessed evening and a phenomenal Thursday

As long you did therapy exercises you got better. You can do anything you put your mind to. Keep on writing my Queen.

You are preaching to the choir my handsome poet, now I must admit, I do thrive with the exercising on this ankle, and the foot massage, whereas I do not have to pay.. lol
On a more serious note, it has been an uphill battle, thanking my Creator, for the stamina, determination, and patience, to see me through this far, faith is a strong emotion when you cannot see beyond those dark clouds, However, the sun is peeking, and I stand in its warmth of going forward
I will say thank you for listening and the vote of praise
Wednesday is winding down, therefore, I wish you an astonishing Thursday on the horizon

Not experiencing that “runner’s high” can be rough. As George Harrison sang, “All Things Must Pass”.

The Runner's High, will always be with me, when I am strength training, it is that adrenaline high now of rebooting my body to complete at a different level of endurance, and that future goal of recuperating and training to run again is now what get my endorphins charged, my King
Being fit is a state of mind, and the impression of your reality, mine is being ready at least for the New York Marathon, months away, but this is the tedious process, I must take to get me there, no gain, no pain
I will bow to the tenacity of your comment and thank you for listening and then commenting
Enjoy your Thursday, and may your presence be awarded with a gracious gift of just being as you encounter great people of sound, mind and body

just say "no" to any dairy product, like yogurt at the end of the race. That really did a job on my stomach on the LA Marathon.

By me being a vegan, I do not consume any dairy productive, after a marathon or running in general I usually will consume organic bananas and Gatorade, to refuel my lost electrolytes and the potassium from the bananas to coat my heart and from the depletion of water while sweating ...
