Ritual of Ashes
Sun beams congealed,
Soot – dust, corpuscles of gold,
Tactile surface upon
A surface,
Drawing down -
Shaped in frown trodden streams,
Amber eyes, conducted
In candle wax
Dimensions,
Steadfast constituencies
Amidst fluctuating
Dreams,
Levitation mist
Over the mounds of the mind,
Mists of most ancient
Of things,
Shadows
Of antlers ascend
In the cadence
Of
The
Dance.
