A Winters night

A Winters night

Snuggle in beside me on this dark and cold Winters night, there's room under my covers, I'll keep you warm tonight

We can hear the wind rustling through the trees, they sing a mournful song, you have no need to be afraid, you're here where you belong

Wrap your legs around me, let our bodies be entwined, close your eyes and drift off, a loving happy place you'll find

Feel my lips upon your cheek, hear me softly say, I will guard you through the night and long may it last I pray

Jack Frost is playing just outside, he wants to nip your nose, he wants you to feel cold and scared, from your head down to your toes

But that will never happen for I will guard you through the night, wrapped safe within my arms, I'll keep you warm tonight

So let the Winter do it's best, soon there will be spring, the flowers will be born again with all the joys they bring

Until then just snuggle up, wrap yourself in tight and let's share our bodies warmth, on this Winters night
