My Fear

It's pitch black in this dingy dark prison i've been locked in
What did I do to deserve this type of cruel disciplining
I shiver not just because of the cold but the fear building inside me
My eyes failing me as they do not work like I wish they would
I am human not some nocturnal animal out on the prowl
My lungs feel frozen as I start to hyperventilate as I breathe..

The walls feel as if they are shrinking trapping me into a small box
Please make it stop make it Stop i'm sorry I misbehaved  
My heart drums in my mind like a raging battle cry ringing through my brain
Let me out! Let me out please I'm so scared

I can't breathe as I shrink to my knees in the cold cement tomb
My lungs rage and mind races as my fear starts to consume me
Something slithers up and over my ankles shrieking erupts from deep with my belly
Shriveling into a ball I rock back and forth on my ankles as panic takes control..

My heartbeat drums loud in my mind as my vision of the darkness begins to fade
Lungs freezing cold feeling like ice cycles daggering from the inside out
Tears like waterfalls rush from my fear ridden eyes as my breath begins to disappear
Dizziness and disoriented  my strength gives way and I crumble to the floor...
