Overthinking is exhausting
It never stops
My mind always racing
Going in a million directions
Starting innocently
Quickly switching to unimaginable
Overthinking leads to problems
Stress
Sleepless nights
I hate that I’m an over thinker
I can never stop it
Just wish i could stop
Let things be
It’s hard to handle
Since no one understands
The effects that it can cause
Unhappiness
Worry
Very exhausting
