Wonderful subject. As I’m thinking about this I see my grandmothers hands and the strength and love in them. Hands are often times so telling of hardship and toil as well as love and kindness. It was very nice to remember this. Lovely write. H🌷
Dear H, Thank you so much for your thoughtful, lovely comments. I lost my mom very suddenly almost two years ago. One of my last conversations with her was how beautiful her hands were. How many things they had held, the lives they had touched. I wish at that moment I had photographed her hands, but I was sure I would have the chance to do that .. next time. Sadly, I never got that chance. Now, I may just start randomly photographing hands.
Thank you so much Ahavati for the love and the taking for your RL ... always appreciated .. I do the same .. I always looks at a man's hands before anything else. ox
