TOO MUCH AROUND ME

Enough, enough, enough!
My head can't take it
My hands can't shake it
My spine, it shivers
My mind is withered

So much so quickly
Not enough, usually
But today it's too much
Today I've screwed up
Today there's too much

He's rubbing his hands
She's tipping her chair
I'm grabbing my face
They're fixing their hair
He watches the news
She asks to go use
The restroom and I
Am stuck in my mind

I have to work now
I have to get it out
I'm shuddering and clawing
The air for a hold
My ears are warm
My head, it burns
I can't escape
No one ever learns

Too much, too much
I'm paralyzed, cold
Hot and useless
Hurting and thoughtless
I can't work like this
I can't think like this
I need just a minute
I don't have time for this
