Drama Boy
I have such a tendency towards the dramatic
I can make a passing smile
Into a grand romance
It really is pathetic
But I can't seem to stop
I build things up
To huge proportions in my head
Even though they're inconsequential
I even cry at formula tv
A great romance in sixty minutes
I live my life
On the ragged edge of emotion
And I think that it's too late now to change
Nearing sixty years of life
This old dog can't learn any new tricks
My heart lives firmly on my sleeve
Drama boy lives on
I can make a passing smile
Into a grand romance
It really is pathetic
But I can't seem to stop
I build things up
To huge proportions in my head
Even though they're inconsequential
I even cry at formula tv
A great romance in sixty minutes
I live my life
On the ragged edge of emotion
And I think that it's too late now to change
Nearing sixty years of life
This old dog can't learn any new tricks
My heart lives firmly on my sleeve
Drama boy lives on
