I cry
Here I cry in the comfort of my own embrace
Warm and gentle when you frame my face with your touch. The imprint that you leave on my skin although you are no longer there.
Soothing and gracefully, tangling and untangling while running down every strand of my hair. Helping me hold my head up on days I just want to drag it on the concrete floors. Massaging through the tension and releasing all the stress of life.
Pat. Pat. Pat. *Butterfly hugs*
Soundly falling asleep with tears in my eyes and every calming pat I embrace myself with.
