Monday morning what a thrill
Just to wake up to this chill,
Alarm sounding it won’t stop
Like the winter comes to knock,
Put your sweater and your jacket
Off to work speed like a rocket,
In this cold with wind and rain
Risk of freezing off your brain,
In the office fill that mug
Keep on dreaming of bed snug,
Eyes wide shut and half awake
Onto work with a smile fake,
Pour some coffee for the daze
Hope this week will be amaze,
Wait a bit and let time pass
For next weekend raise a glass.
