Flames burn Blue

Setting fire is her thing,
and not some juvenile fling,
but a deep unspoken yearning,
to watch desires burning.

Within the flame's loving caress,
a soul's purpose does coalesce,
setting the inferno free,
fills her spirit with glee,
too late the warning to flee

The kindling of my the soul ignites
I soar above the flames in flite
rising from the pyre,
a phoenix reborn inspired,
a souls purpose is acquired

setting fire is now my passion,
and not some momentary fashion,
as I watch the flames embrace,
living in a state of grace
