Image for the poem Dad’s Polaroid

Dad’s Polaroid

Polaroid picture perfect
A moment of frozen time
Desires poured out across her bed
Another night’s victimless crime

My father was a player
It seems he took his share
He left them sleeping peacefully
The lovely spoils of his affairs
