Pastures look greener on the other side
Some choose to die instead of stay & ride
Pride is the only thing preventing a few
From pulling triggers, causing life to be through
Substance abuse is how some continue on
Because their spirits are hurt and worn
Torn between ride or die decisions
Contemplating irreversible transitions

It hard but you have to fight your way through the darkness. We don't know if you're a family man but if so there are those that love you. Be good to self, meditate, and pray the darkness farther back. It never ever goes away, but it may recede. Tight work dude

Yeah, cuz sometimes the reward of living doesn't seem worth the effort of getting out of bed
