These days, it's not easy at all. I've never been this down for so long and so intensely since I was almost a year postpartum with my youngest. But I am fighting as hard as I can, I promise that.

sometimes you read things that just need to be heard and allow some space to breathe however, i'm truly glad you're here sharing it with us & you have a good support team around you, i know it's hard at times because you do feel like you're alone in it all regardless what others say, but it takes something else to write it out it truly does and that's strength and courage i see underneath this small poem

I'm adding you! I've read your profile and we are sooooo similar. I can't work full time but always have crazy projects on the go to keep me moving forwards. Because I cram so much stuff in when I'm well, everybody thinks I'm bipolar. I'm not, but few believe me.

I can understand that - when you appear busy and 'up' no one ever thinks to look for the 'down'. Always move forward, and know I believe you.
