the voice inside gets disturbed knowing that this love was never real ,that all you said is a lie i had a reason to love you lied to me ang you enjoyed wathching me bleed my heart hurts my thoughts are violent your gone and you wont come back...

I like your poem. There is a lot of emotion in there, but my advice would be to 'tidy' it up with more punctuation to break it up a little and introduce more rhythm.
Also is it supposed to be ang as in her name or is it a typo of and?
