I hate to say goodbye

How can the world still turn, when I've got a broken heart, how does the Sun still rise, when my souls been torn apart

The waters are still lapping, they continue to brush the shore, don't they know you've left me and we are us no more

How can I feel so warm, the Suns high and skies are blue, it should be dark and with lightning, because I don't have you

The flowers are in full bloom, there's colours and aromas everywhere, everything looks so normal, the world don't seem to care

People passing in the street, how dare they seem to smile, can't they see the pain I'm in, my life has no worthwhile

Can't they see my puffy eyes, marks from all the tears that fell, surely they can see I'm broken hearted, surely someone out here can tell

The pain etched across my face, the tracks from where the tears have burned, my life has just ended but yet the world again has turned

The pain of not having you, is beyond all pain it seems, you may think I react to much for a girl whose from my dream

But now I've got to wait a day, until the Sun drops from the sky, it kills me when you dissappear, I hate to say goodbye
