Glass Heart
From your mouth, they came
They were razorblades, cutting me
They did so until I bled to death
Not only did you watch as I bled
You caused me even more pain
You whispered more words
The kind that should be left unsaid
Ashes fall on me,
Turning my clothes into a tuxedo
I look good
A broken hearted angel of death
Wings materialize on my back
Giving me the option to fly away
Everyone told me about you
They said you were cruel
I didn't believe them
Sadly, I wish I had
My glass heart has broken to pieces
And I can feel them cutting me up inside
What happened to you?
What made you this way?
How can you be this bitter,
This full of rage?
I don't hate you
I feel sorry for you
Even after what you've done to me
I wish you the best
They were razorblades, cutting me
They did so until I bled to death
Not only did you watch as I bled
You caused me even more pain
You whispered more words
The kind that should be left unsaid
Ashes fall on me,
Turning my clothes into a tuxedo
I look good
A broken hearted angel of death
Wings materialize on my back
Giving me the option to fly away
Everyone told me about you
They said you were cruel
I didn't believe them
Sadly, I wish I had
My glass heart has broken to pieces
And I can feel them cutting me up inside
What happened to you?
What made you this way?
How can you be this bitter,
This full of rage?
I don't hate you
I feel sorry for you
Even after what you've done to me
I wish you the best
