THE BEST TASTE
HONESTY
I have been
very fortunate
in my span of life;
filled with many
trials, joys and
beautiful adventures.
I have climbed high
and dangerous mountains;
tripped down the Amazon;
viewed and been
inspired by priceless
art and paintings.
I have tasted
foods from A to Z;
drank rare wines
and cheap ones too.
BUT
I can say without
any second thought:
the best thing
I have ever tasted is
YOU
are the best taste
of all, yes ALL.
The taste of you
satisfies every hunger,
taste bud, and scent
of sensualness.
May I taste you
today, tonight, now?
I have been

I know the scent the taste of that perfect place
