That Guy in the Mirror
That guy in the mirror
He's changed
So much over the years
That skinny ass bean pole
Has put on the pounds
The aches and pains of living
Show on his face
And yet...
He still smiles
That guy in the photo
Up on the wall
With his wife and child
Lived a lot since then
A quarter of a century ago
Had a vision of happiness
And he saw it through
And so...
He still smiles
That guy in the mirror remains
The heart that was broken
Was mended
The brain that stroked out
Recovered
All the adventures that he lived
Keep coming
And so...
He still smiles
That guy in the mirror
Knows about life
Cause he's lived it
And so...
He smiles
He's changed
So much over the years
That skinny ass bean pole
Has put on the pounds
The aches and pains of living
Show on his face
And yet...
He still smiles
That guy in the photo
Up on the wall
With his wife and child
Lived a lot since then
A quarter of a century ago
Had a vision of happiness
And he saw it through
And so...
He still smiles
That guy in the mirror remains
The heart that was broken
Was mended
The brain that stroked out
Recovered
All the adventures that he lived
Keep coming
And so...
He still smiles
That guy in the mirror
Knows about life
Cause he's lived it
And so...
He smiles
