I'll be Your Morningstar
You threw me to the flames,
for my crime, to burn so bright.
I shine the light on the shadows you hide.
I've faced the cold you turned towards me,
so I became the thing you hate.
You held the iron to my skin,
and I burned.
I burned with the fires of hell...
...and I reveled in it.
So I'll burn.
I'll burn you down.
I rise from the flames with the fires of vengeance burning through my veins.
I'll be your Morningstar.
A shining light,
a welcoming beacon of warmth to those you threw out into the cold.
I was born from the fires that kill,
and I shall rage with an intensity that blinds,
right until the end of time.
for my crime, to burn so bright.
