i like 4 am morning meditation
where the only intruding sounds i have to compete with are
early birds and their singing.
My evening meditation is a bit tougher, what with loud neighbors, highway traffic and cackling ravens - lol

Like meditation, this has a lovely sense of fluidity about it. I definitely need to meditate more often
