NATO Is The RESTRAINER In 2nd Thessalonians 2.7
Here's the evidence:
NATO has restrained RUSSIA for 70 years !!
If we combine Revelation 13.7 with the first passage(2nd Thess.2.7),
because they are parallel passages (passages about the same thing),
this puts us in the vicinity of WESTERN EUROPE - which is what we want !!
For NATO is a trans-European alliance !!
What is it about Rev.13.7 that i s Europe-centered??
Well, it says, "The BEAST [will make] war against the saints (the Christian countries)..."
This term (the Beast) originates back in Daniel 7.7 onward.
It refers to the "4th Beast," the Roman empire -
which was synonymous with Western Europe !!
But "the Beast" has a second application
- the man who will restore the 4th Beast and rule over it.
So "the Beast" is also a man.
THAT's how to take it in Rev.13.7.
"The Beast" will "make war" = he is the ruler of a nation
that will "make war" against Europe.
Logically, that means RUSSIA !!
